Two pieces go in. One comes out — the bass of the first under
the top line of the second, on one field blended from both.
Order matters. A gives the bass, so swapping them makes a different
piece, not the same one backwards.
How much each parent is heard depends on the pair. Both are always present,
but where A is a long-note piece its bass arrives as one sustained note a
bar rather than a moving line.
Moments cannot be forged. The 52 rares can be rendered and heard like
any other piece, but the forge consumes what goes into it and a moment
cannot be minted again. This page refuses them.
